Shipping policy

All packages will be shipped either via UPS Ground or USPS Priority or USPS Ground Advantage (Shipping method depends on the size, weight, and location of the order).

General Information about our shipping procedures:

We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

Please allow 2 business days to process and prepare your package. However, orders often go out the same day or next day depending on time placed.

If you select expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 12:00PM ET to go out that same day. Orders placed after 12:00PM ET will go out the next day. Once these orders leave our warehouse we cannot guarantee the delivery date.

As long as you do not have spam blockers activated, you will receive an email from our website with the tracking information.

We stock all items listed on our website and do not use drop ship from other vendors to fulfill orders. On occasion, an item will run out of stock prior to the webmaster updating the website with a note mentioning the item is out of stock. Should this situation arise on an order, we will notify you of the approximate date we expect the part to be back in stock and you will have the option to go ahead with the order or cancel it for a full refund. If we have the option to drop ship at this time we may opt for that instead.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We do ship internationally. All international shipping is quoted directly through the shipping provider you select at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Note - we do ship within two days (typically same day) - any delivery estimates are provided by the shipping provider and are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays/customs clearances, etc. These delays are out of our control so we cannot guarantee the shipping date provided.

Unfortunately, we have no control over any additional custom fees/taxes charged and have no way of telling you what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. To ensure there aren’t any surprise charges upon arrival to your country, you can contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the package arrives at its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.
