TB parts V2 165cc bore kit w/VM26 carb kit for all KLX110s. Case boring required.
TB parts V2 Cylinder head:
Performance is built into our V2 head. First it’s equipped with forged aluminum roller rockers. This allows the engine to rev quicker and further making more power. We pair that with a large roller cam for the large 165cc setup for epic results. Roller cams make more power than non-roller cams because you can run more aggressive lobe profiles without being so hard on the valvetrain. So we can open the valve faster and further letting in more fuel and making more power!
Next the high quality/strength 21-4N stainless steel valves. 30mm intake and 24.5mm exhaust. The ports are 27mm on the intake side and 23mm on the exhaust side. The port shape and dome are redesigned for mini MX.
Overall you get way more flow than the stock head could ever do. Plus our more simplistic 2 valve setup keeps costs down while still delivering a professional level of performance when compared to anything else on the market.
TBparts 64mm Big Bore Kit: Once you already have the a V1 or V2 race head there is no replacement for displacement! This 64mm big bore kit increases your KLX110 engine to 165cc (If you have a TBparts stroker crank even better – 177cc). The kit also includes an all aluminum ceramic coated cylinder. This cylinder is lighter than a steel sleeved aluminum cylinder, reduces friction (increasing power), improves sealing, and provides better heat transfer (runs and cools down quicker). Top end gaskets. High compression domed 64mm piston comes with rings, pin, & clips (will safely run on pump gas, 90-93 octane).
Mikuni VM26 with TBparts manifold/carb kit: It is hard to beat the consistency and performance of the VM26. Paired with our larger intake manifold for the race heads. This will give you some of the best throttle response and consistent reliable power on the market! We also include a low profile air filter and a throttle cable for the KLX110.
Case boring required: Cylinder skirt L x W is 15 x 66mm. If you don’t have any experience working on your engine, we highly recommend having a professional technician install this kit or, at a minimum, purchasing the shop manual for your bike available from your local Kawasaki or Suzuki dealer. It is best to completely disassemble the engine when you bore a set of cases. That way you can ensure the cases are 100% clean for reassembly.
2010 and newer KLX110: You will need cam sprocket TBW0645.
Use Supplied 1mm thick base gasket for 64mm bore kits on all KLX110.
