TB parts KLX140 CNC billet roller rocker & performance camshaft kit. Designed to make as much power as possible without sacrificing low end power and drivability. This cam offers much more lift, ramp speed, and duration compared to OEM. This will let more fuel and air into the engine so it can make more power. This cam works great in stock bikes and really shines with big bore and stroker setups 170cc+. A brand new core, not a regrind, with brand new NTN bearings made to OEM specifications for a perfect fit.
TB parts CNC 7075 billet aluminum roller rockers. Made to exact specifications for a perfect fit and function. Unleash more power with less friction & weight. Roller rockers are more forgiving on valve train so we can make the camshaft even more aggressive than possible for even more power compared to the OEM standard follower radius camshafts & rockers.
You must clearance part of the OEM cylinder head casting (directions available in TB Parts Kawasaki tech section).

Installation notes:
- Please see TB Parts Kawasaki tech section for cylinder head casting clearance directions
- This is a kit containing TB parts Roller Rockers TBW1710 and matching cam TBW1705 – Do not mix these parts with Non roller rockers or camshafts, it will cause catastrophic engine failure
- Valve Clearance – No less than 0.003″ on both intake and exhaust side.
- KLX140 camshaft bolts are reverse threaded, turn them right/clockwise to loosen/remove. Torque to 87 INCH-LBS & Use red thread lock
