This SmartCarb kit is compatible with stock or modified (big bore) Kawasaki KLX140 4-stroke dirt bikes, offering crisp, clean throttle response, substantial performance gains, and unparalleled ease of use.

Choose the 26mm SC2 & Fit Kit option if replacing the stock carburetor in a stock bore KLX140. Choose the 28mm SC2 option if replacing the stock or aftermarket carburetor with similar dimensions such as the Keihin PWK28 (35mm engine-side spigot OD, 50mm filter-side spigot OD). In general we recommend the 26mm SC2 option for stock KLX140s and the 28mm SC2 option for bikes with 170-220cc+ big bore kits.

Components required to adapt the Keihin PWK28 or similarly sized aftermarket carburetors (intake, throttle cable, and airbox rubber boot) are compatible with the 28mm  SC2.

Will need a throttle cable that works with aftermarket carbs such as TBW1539 throttle cable.
