Tools Needed:
- 8mm wrench
- 10mm wrench
Instructions:
- Install the TB CNC aluminum shifter and linkage assembly as shown in the reference image.
- Apply red thread lock to all fasteners before tightening to prevent loosening during use.
- When tightening the linkage rod ends, the nut MUST go on the backside and red thread lock must be applied before tightening.
- Use the 8mm and 10mm wrenches to snug the hardware — do not overtighten.
- Check for smooth shifting motion and ensure proper clearance around the shifter and linkage before riding.

- The backside nut must remain tight — periodically check after the first few rides.
