This TB parts kit combines the 132cc top end, camshaft, Big valve kit, and VM26 carb kit for the best price possible!

This is one of the best ways to get the most out of your CRF110. First you get the 132cc big bore kit. This is as large as you can go without having to bore cases. This allows you to make the most power for the least amount. Next we recommend having a professional use our install instructions to install the big valve kit. Once this is done you can flow more air to the larger bore making more power. The stock head comes with roller rockers. Combine them with our performance roller rocker cam, now you can open the larger valves up to breath even more. This will set you above most of the competition out there by basically making your stock head a race head. This kit includes the VM26 carburetor to fuel the new race ready engine! Start with the stock 22.5 pilot jet and drop the main jet down from 190 to #175 or 180 and you will have a great starting point to ride.

Note 1: The stock CRF110 throttle is restrictive and will need to be replaced with a generic Honda type throttle. If you dont have one, we have 3 throttles in this section that will work (TBW1051 generic Honda type or our TBW0425 /TBW1123 billet throttles).

Note 2: The valve kit should be installed by a professional mechanic or shop that offers valve job service as the valve seats must be cut to accept the larger valve head diameters and valves sunk deeper to allow for overlap clearances. The kit includes a document that includes protrusion and installs heights specs.

Note 3: When using TBparts 132cc piston TBW0892 you must use the supplied thick 1.5mm base gasket UNLESS TBW0888 Big Valve Kit is installed. It helps reduce compression to avoid engine knock.
