TB Fork Assembly Set – HD Springs & Gold TiN-Coated Uppers

Now available with premium Gold Titanium Nitride (TiN)–coated uppers, these forks are built for riders who demand better performance and durability. Unlike the very soft stock CRF110 forks designed for kids trail riding, these feature adult-weighted HD springs and upgraded internals engineered for aggressive riding conditions.

The damping rods are specially ported to match the heavier spring rates, improving damping and rebound control while eliminating the “pogo stick” feel common with OEM forks. The rods are also lengthened to provide additional fork travel for better suspension performance.

To improve durability and strength, we integrated an OEM-style internal bushing/guide inside the fork bottoms — a major improvement over stock CRF110 forks.

Why Gold Titanium Nitride (TiN) Coating?

Titanium Nitride coating offers major performance and durability advantages over traditional chrome fork tubes. TiN is significantly harder than chrome, providing increased wear resistance, scratch resistance, and extended fork life.

The coating also reduces friction, allowing the fork tubes to move more smoothly through the seals and bushings for more consistent suspension performance.

These forks have undergone extensive racing and jumping testing and are designed similarly to OEM-style hydraulic telescopic forks with upgraded components and internals. However, like any conventional fork design, they can still bend if severely over-jumped or flat-landed.
