TB has improved this manual clutch kit by replacing the old lever with a much higher quality adjustable (on the fly) lever and a taller push-rod. Combined, they deliver a much easier and smoother pull over the previous setup. Like hydraulic actuated clutch kits on the market today, this Manual Clutch Kit uses the stock clutch. However, the similarities between the two end there. It is much easier to install with no hassles of bleeding lines and you never have to worry about the loss of hydraulic fluid during a ride or race. The kit also includes a primary clutch removal washer which removes two pounds of weight off the crankshaft resulting in quicker engine response. This kit works great and is nearly half the price of hydraulic kits that offer the same function. If you have a 2002 KLX110 - this will work as a hand clutch but will not be able to be used as a full manual clutch.
